ON RAMP
Our On Ramp is designed for beginners to learn some of the most basic CrossFit movements. In two private 90-minute sessions, you will work with a qualified CrossFit coach to review each exercise's mechanics and technique. In just two sessions, you will become part of our CrossFit family. Lesson times are up to your coach, but don't worry, we will always try to accommodate your time. Fill in the form, making sure to include your time availability (you don't have to commit to official opening times), and get started.
*On-Ramp is mandatory for all beginners without knowledge of basic CrossFit techniques (Clean & Jerk, Snatch, Thruster, etc.). Not included in the membership package.
