CrossFit is designed for everyone! It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, we will take care of you by scaling every workout to your goals and current physiological or psychological condition. All you need is the will to become the best version of yourself.

The shorter answer is yes, although we do recommend consulting your doctor before you beginning training. We also ask that athletes tell us about any conditions or injuries at the beginning of each class. We take an individual approach, and each lesson is led by a licensed CrossFit coach who can adjust the exercises according to the current needs of your body and limitations.

We recommend you start your journey by visiting our Free Trial class, where you can try a sample of the CrossFit methodology.
If you are already determined to start with CrossFit, you can sign up for the On Ramp course, which consists of 4 lessons and introduces you to some of the basic foundational exercises and movements. During these classes, you will work with a qualified CrossFit trainer to help you learn the mechanics of the movement with perfect technique.
We highly value the safety of our members, and so On Ramp attendance is mandatory for beginners.

You can sign up for both CrossFit and Les Mills classes.
If you are new to CrossFit you will need to take an On Ramp course that will teach you the basics of CrossFit training. If you have already completed an On Ramp course at another licensed gym, then come to one of our WODs (Workout of the Day), where our coach will assess your technique and determine if you can join our community immediately. As part of your CrossFit membership, you can also attend Weightlifting, Mobility, Gymnastics and Open Gym classes with us.
At Les Mills classes, you can choose from a wide range of Bodypump or GRIT Series (Cardio / Athletic / Strength) classes, both in the morning and in the afternoon. You can use the Multisport card for Les Mills classes, pay a one-time fee of CZK 200 for registration and then attend the classes at no extra charge. If you do not own a Multisport card, you can arrange a Les Mills membership.
If you would like to attend both CrossFit and Les Mills classes, you can purchase an All Inclusive membership that applies to both.
